What is the U.S. visitor visa refusal rate for British Indian Ocean Territory?

The State Department's adjusted refusal rate for visitor (B) visas was 100% for people from British Indian Ocean Territory in FY2006, which means about 0% of applications were approved. It is a group figure for one fiscal year, not a prediction for any one person.
