EB-1C is a green card for managers and executives of multinational companies. You must have worked abroad for a related company for at least one of the last three years and be coming to work in the U.S. as a manager or executive.
What to know
- The U.S. employer must be a related company, and must have been doing business for at least a year.
- The job must be truly managerial or executive.
- The employer files the petition. No labor certification is needed.
- Many people move from L-1A to EB-1C.
